Your visit to Ixchel Museum of the Mayan Costume will produce the opportunity to learn more about the weaving heritage.

You will see around 6000 varies woven items on display, created in the late 19th century until now.

There are also watercolor paintings depicting these amazing costumes for you to view. Popol Vuh Museum will guide you through ceramic art and stone sculptures.

While the National Museum of Archeology and Ethnology contains 20,000 pieces from Guatemalan history for you to view, such as pottery, artwork, crafts, textiles and relics from archeological sites. Here you can learn more about the settlement of Guatemala.

This tour does not stop with museums though. You will have the opportunity to visit the seat of the Guatemalan government, National Palace of Culture, as well as the Metropolitan Cathedral. This cathedral is the main church of Guatemala City.

It stands in the center of the city. Gaze at the beauty of its structure, size, altars and pillars. If your travels do not allow you to see all of Guatemala at this time, you can view it on a 100-year old 3D Relief Map during this tour.
